총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제61조(폐업 및 휴업신고 등)

법 제66조에 따라 총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류ㆍ분사기ㆍ전자충격기ㆍ석궁의 제조업자ㆍ 판매업자, 총포ㆍ도검ㆍ분사기ㆍ전자충격기ㆍ석궁의 임대업자가 그 영업의 전부 또는 일부를 폐지하거나 1년 이내의 기간 동안 휴업하려는 경우 및 화약류저장소설치자가 그 저장소의 용도를 폐지하려는 경우에는 별지 제46호서식의 신고서에 허가증 및 완성검사합격증을 첨부하여 허가관청에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.1.12>
