Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Safety Control of Firearms, Swords and Knives, Explosives, etc., Article 60 (Application for Reissuance of Permits)

허가증 또는 면허증을 교부받은 사람이 법 제65조제4항의 규정에 의하여 그 허가증 또는 면허증을 잃어버렸거나 헐어 못쓰게 되어 다시 교부받고자 하는 때에는 지체없이 별지 제45호서식의 허가(면허)증재교부신청서에 다음 각호의 서류를 첨부하여 허가관청 또는 면허관청에 신청하여 재교부를 받아야 한다.
