총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제59조(허가증등의 기재사항변경)

①법 제65조제3항의 규정에 의하여 허가 또는 면허를 받은 사람이 허가증 또는 면허증의 기재사항에 변경이 있는 때에는 별지 제44호서식의 허가(면허)증기재사항변경신고서에 허가증 또는 면허증을 첨부하여 변경사유가 발생한 날로부터 30일이내에 허가관청 또는 면허관청에 신고하여야 한다. 다만, 허가관청 또는 면허관청이 시ㆍ도경찰청장인 경우 허가증등의 기재사항중 주소변경에 관하여는 경찰서장에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 1989.3.14, 1990.4.2, 1991.9.19, 2009.9.30, 2020.12.31>

② 제1항에도 불구하고 법 제47조제2항에 따라 보관 중인 총포 가운데 경찰관서에 보관된 총포(부품만 보관된 경우는 제외한다)의 경우에는 그 총포의 반환을 신청할 때 신고하여야 한다. 이 경우 동일한 항목의 기재사항이 수차례 변경된 경우에는 최종의 것만 신고하되, 최종의 변경사항이 허가증의 기재내용과 동일한 경우에는 신고하지 아니한다. <신설 2009.9.30>
