총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제40조(신고증명서의 반납)

①제39조제1항에 따라 신고증명서를 교부받은 사람은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당할 때에는 그 신고증명서를 지체 없이 반납해야 한다. <개정 2021.12.31>

②제1항의 신고증명서의 반납은 화약류의 발송지를 관할하는 경찰서장에게 하되, 제1항제3호의 경우에는 도착지를 관할하는 경찰서장에게 반납하고 반납받은 경찰서장은 신고증명서를 교부한 경찰서장에게 이를 통지해야 한다. <개정 1989.3.14, 2021.12.31>
