총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제38조(운반신고)

①법 제26조제1항에 따라 화약류운반신고를 하려는 사람은 별지 제20호서식의 화약류운반신고서를 특별한 사정이 없는 한 운반개시 1시간 전까지 발송지를 관할하는 경찰서장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 1989.3.14, 2014.10.28>

③경찰서장은 제1항의 규정에 의한 신고서를 접수한 때에는 그 운반의 일시ㆍ통로ㆍ방법 및 화약류의 성능과 적재방법등을 검토하고 재해의 방지 또는 공공의 안전유지를 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 법 제47조의 규정에 의한 조치를 하여야 한다.
