총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제36조(피뢰장치)

가. 뇌격으로부터 보호하고자 하는 건물(이하 "피보호건물"이라 한다)로부터 독립하여 피뢰침 및 가공지선을 설치하는 경우에는 피뢰침 및 가공지선의 각 부분은 피보호건물로부터 2.5미터이상의 거리를 둘 것

나. 피뢰침 및 가공지선은 뇌격ㆍ바람등에 의하여 부서지거나 무너지지 아니하도록 단단하게 설치할 것

다. 피뢰침 및 가공지선을 지탱하기 위한 당김줄을 설치할 때에는 그 당김줄의 지지점을 피뢰도선과 완전히 접속할 것

라. 다목의 규정에 의한 당김줄은 제3호 라목 내지 바목의 규정에 준하여 설치할 것

가. 피보호건물의 상단이하에 있어서는 2줄이상으로 하여 서로 분리하여 설치할 것. 다만, 피보호건물로부터 독립하여 피뢰침 및 가공지선을 설치하거나 피뢰도선을 단면적 41제곱밀리미터이상의 구리선 또는 그 이상의 전도체로 할 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.

나. 직선으로 설치하되 부득이 곡선으로 할 때에는 그 곡률반경은 20센티미터이상으로 하고, 가공지선 및 피뢰침을 피보호건물로부터 독립하여 설치할 때를 제외하고는 건물의 바깥곁에 설치할 것

다. 단면적 30제곱밀리미터이상의 구리선 또는 그 이상의 전도체로 할 것

라. 전등선ㆍ전화선과 가스관 그 밖의 불이 붙기 쉬운 가스 또는 화약류의 가루나 먼지가 나올 염려가 있는 장소에서는 이들과 1미터이상의 거리를 둘 것. 다만, 가스관에 있어서 철근콘크리트벽, 땅에 닿은 금속판 또는 금속망 그 밖의 정전기 차폐물이 있는 경우와 불이 붙기 쉬운 가스 또는 화약류의 가루나 먼지가 나올 염려가 있는 장소에 인화방지 조치를 한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

마. 돌침의 지지물로서 철관을 사용하는 때에는 피뢰도선이 그 관속으로 통하지 아니하게 할 것

바. 피뢰도선으로부터 1미터이내의 거리에 있는 금속제빗물받이통, 사다리 그 밖의 금속성 물질은 단면적 14제곱밀리미터이상의 구리선 또는 그 이상의 전도체로서 땅에 닿게 할 것. 다만, 피뢰도선과 사이에 철근콘크리트벽, 땅에 닿은 금속관 또는 금속망 그 밖의 정전기 차폐물이 있는 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.

다. 피보호건물의 상단으로부터 돌침의 상단까지의 높이는 3미터이상으로 할 것

라. 돌침 또는 가공선은 피보호건물의 모든면과 돌침의 상단 또는 가공선의 어느 점과 연결하는 직선이 그 점을 통과하는 수직선과 45도의 각도를 넘지 아니하도록 할 것. 다만, 다음의 경우에는 그 각도가 60도이내가 되도록 할 수 있다.

라. 전극의 접지저항(전극에 접속하는 피뢰도선의 접지저항을 포함한다)은 피뢰도선이 2줄이상인 때에는 그 1줄마다 20옴이하로, 1줄인 때에는 10옴이하로 할 것. 다만, 피뢰침 또는 가공지선을 산지ㆍ모래땅등 대지의 고유저항이 높은 곳에 설치하는 경우에 있어서 단면적 30제곱밀리미터이상, 길이 5미터이상의 구리선 4줄이상을 전극으로 하여 피보호건물로부터 방사상으로 지하 50센티미터이상의 깊이로 묻는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
