총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제29조(화약류의 사용허가신청)

①법 제18조제1항 본문의 규정에 의하여 화약류의 사용허가를 받고자 하는 사람은 별지 제14호서식의 화약류사용(소지) 허가신청서를 사용지를 관할하는 경찰서장에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 사용지가 2개소이상인 때에는 주된 사용지를 관할하는 경찰서장에게 제출하여야 하며, 신청서를 접수한 경찰서장은 종된 사용지를 관할하는 경찰서장의 협의를 거쳐 허가를 결정하고 그 허가사항을 통보하여야 한다. <개정 1989.3.14>
