초지법 제11조(지위승계)

제5조에 따라 초지조성허가를 받은 자가 초지조성 완료 전에 사망하거나 대상 토지를 양도ㆍ임대한 경우에는 그 상속인이나 양수인 또는 임차인이 반대의 의사표시를 한 경우를 제외하고는 초지조성허가에 따르는 권리ㆍ의무를 승계한다.
