초지법 시행규칙 제15조의4(대체초지조성비의 신고납부)

①시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 영 제16조의2제4항에 따라 초지전용의 허가등을 받은 자로부터 대체초지조성비의 신고납부 신청을 받은 때에는 별지 제14호의4서식의 대체초지조성비 내역확인서를 발급해야 한다. <개정 1998.4.24, 2015.7.21, 2020.6.11>

②제1항에 따른 신고납부의 기간은 초지전용의 허가등을 받은 날부터 30일 이내로 한다. 다만, 납부의무자가 부득이한 사유로 당초의 납부기간이 경과하기 전에 기금관리자에게 기간의 연장을 신청하는 경우에는 30일의 범위 내에서 1차에 한하여 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다. 이 경우 기금관리자는 그 납부기간이 지난 날부터 납부고지 금액의 100분의 3에 상당하는 지체금의 납부를 납부기간 연장승인의 조건으로 할 수 있다. <개정 1998.4.24, 2015.7.21, 2020.6.11>

③신고납부의무자는 별지 제14호의6서식(1)의 대체초지조성비 납부신고서에 제1항에 따른 확인서를 첨부하여 수납기관에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2015.7.21, 2020.6.11>

④수납기관은 제3항에 따라 대체초지조성비의 신고납부를 받은 때에는 별지 제14호의6서식(4)의 대체초지조성비 신고납부영수증을 납부자에게 발급하고 수납한 대체초지조성비는 매월 집계하여 별지 제14호의6서식(2)의 대체초지조성비 신고납부통지서와 함께 다음달 10일까지 기금관리자가 지정한 영업점에 납부하며, 별지 제14호의6서식(3)의 대체초지조성비 신고납부통지서는 지체 없이 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 송부해야 한다. <개정 1998.4.24, 2015.7.21, 2020.6.11>
