Enforcement Decree of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, Article 69 (Methods of Admission for Student Athletes, etc.)

①교육장은 제68조의 규정에 불구하고 체육특기자에 대하여 당해 교육장 관할지역의 당해 학년 입학정원중 교육감이 정하는 범위안에서 입학하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 체육특기학교와 종목별 정원은 교육장이 지정하여 배정한다.

② 교육장은 제68조에도 불구하고 중학교에 입학할 학생이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 학교군 내의 중학교 중 하나를 지정하여 입학하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2015.9.15, 2021.3.23, 2024.10.8>
