초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제57조의2(학생의 안전대책 등)

① 학교의 장이 법 제30조의8제1항 및 제2항에 따른 학생의 안전대책 등을 수립할 때에는 학생, 학부모 및 교직원의 의견을 듣고 운영위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2022.3.22, 2026.4.14, 2026.9.8>

② 법 제30조의8제2항제2호에서 "출입문, 복도, 계단 등 대통령령으로 정하는 학교 건물 내외부 영상정보처리기기 필수 설치 장소"란 다음 각 호의 장소를 말한다. 다만, 운영위원회가 각 호의 장소별로 학교시설의 구조, 학생의 이용 빈도 등을 고려하여 영상정보처리기기를 설치할 수 없거나 설치하기에 적합하지 않다고 심의를 거쳐 정하는 일부 장소는 제외할 수 있다. <신설 2026.9.8>
