청소년활동 진흥법 제6조의3(임원)

① 활동진흥원에 이사장을 포함한 15명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명을 둔다.

② 이사장은 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제29조에 따른 임원추천위원회(이하 "임원추천위원회"라 한다)가 복수로 추천한 사람 중에서 성평등가족부장관이 임명한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 상임이사는 활동진흥원 이사장이 임명한다.

④ 비상임이사(활동진흥원의 정관에 따라 당연히 비상임이사로 선임되는 사람은 제외한다)는 성평등가족부장관이 임명한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

⑥ 이사장의 임기는 3년, 이사와 감사의 임기는 각각 2년으로 하되, 1년을 단위로 연임할 수 있다.
