청소년활동 진흥법 제51조(조성계획에 따른 시설 설치 등)

① 수련지구에 설치하는 수련시설이나 그 밖의 시설은 제48조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 조성계획을 수립한 자가 설치한다. 다만, 조성계획을 수립한 자 외의 자가 그 조성계획을 수립한 자의 승낙을 받은 경우에는 수련지구에 수련시설이나 그 밖의 시설을 설치할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 수련시설이나 그 밖의 시설을 설치하는 자(특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제외한다)는 제11조제3항에 따른 수련시설의 허가를 받은 것으로 본다.
