청소년활동 진흥법 제18조의3(감독기관의 종합 안전ㆍ위생점검)

① 성평등가족부장관 또는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 수련시설의 안전과 위생관리를 위하여 정기적으로 수련시설에 대한 종합 안전ㆍ위생점검을 실시하고 그 결과를 공개하여야 한다. <개정 2015.2.3, 2017.3.21, 2025.10.1>

② 성평등가족부장관 또는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 종합 안전ㆍ위생점검을 실시하려면 미리 수련시설의 운영대표자에게 그 종합 안전ㆍ위생점검의 절차, 방법 및 기간을 통보하여야 한다. <신설 2017.12.12, 2025.10.1>

③ 성평등가족부장관 또는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제2항에 따른 통보를 할 때 또는 그 통보 후에 수련시설의 운영대표자에게 제1항에 따른 종합 안전ㆍ위생점검에 필요한 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 수련시설의 운영대표자는 정당한 사유가 없으면 그 요구에 따라야 한다. <신설 2017.12.12, 2025.10.1>

④ 국가 및 지방자치단체는 제1항에 따른 종합 안전ㆍ위생점검 결과에 따라 수련시설의 운영대표자에게 시설의 보완 또는 개수ㆍ보수, 위생상태의 개선을 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 운영대표자는 특별한 사정이 없으면 그 요구에 따라야 한다. <개정 2017.3.21, 2017.12.12>
