청소년활동 진흥법 시행규칙 제12조(수련시설의 휴지ㆍ재개ㆍ폐지신고)

① 법 제27조에 따라 수련시설을 휴지(休止), 재개(再開) 또는 폐지(閉止)하려는 자는 별지 제13호서식의 청소년수련시설 휴지ㆍ재개ㆍ폐지신고서에 청소년수련시설등록증을 첨부하여 휴지ㆍ재개ㆍ폐지 예정일 7일 전까지 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2021.11.8>

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 수련시설의 휴지ㆍ재개ㆍ폐지신고를 받은 경우에는 그 내용을 신고인 및 해당 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도 또는 특별자치도의 교육감에 통지하여야 하며, 등록대장에 휴지ㆍ재개ㆍ폐지사실을 기재하여야 한다.
