Enforcement Decree of the Juvenile Protection Act, Article 27 (Permitting Entry of Juveniles Accompanied by Persons with Parental Authority, etc.)

② 법 제29조제5항 본문에 따라 청소년이 청소년에 대하여 친권을 행사하는 사람 또는 친권자를 대신하여 청소년을 보호하는 사람(이하 "친권자등"이라 한다)을 동반한 경우에는 청소년 출입ㆍ고용금지업소의 업주 및 종사자는 청소년과 친권자등과의 관계를 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2017.6.20>
