청소년 기본법 제40조(한국청소년단체협의회)

① 청소년단체는 청소년육성을 위한 다음 각 호의 활동을 하기 위하여 성평등가족부장관의 인가를 받아 한국청소년단체협의회를 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

(1) Youth유^θ스 organizations오거너제이션즈 may,메이 with위^ð드 the^ð디 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Gender젠더 Equality이콸러티 and앤드 Family,^f패멀리 establish이스태블리시 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Youth유^θ스 Organizations오거너제이션즈 Council카운슬 to투 carry캐^r리 out아웃 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 activities액티^v버티즈 for^f포 youth유^θ스 development:디^v벨럽먼트

② 한국청소년단체협의회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Youth유^θ스 Organizations오거너제이션즈 Council카운슬 is이즈 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 한국청소년단체협의회는 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(3) The^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Youth유^θ스 Organizations오거너제이션즈 Council카운슬 is이즈 established이스태블리시트 by바이 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

④ 한국청소년단체협의회에 관하여 이 법에 규정된 것을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

⑤ 국가는 한국청소년단체협의회의 운영과 활동에 필요한 경비를 지원할 수 있다.

⑥ 한국청소년단체협의회는 설립 목적에 지장이 없는 범위에서 수익사업을 할 수 있으며, 발생한 수익은 한국청소년단체협의회의 운영 또는 한국청소년단체협의회의 시설 운영 외의 목적에 사용할 수 없다.

⑦ 개인ㆍ법인 또는 단체는 한국청소년단체협의회의 운영과 사업 등을 지원하기 위하여 금전이나 그 밖의 재산을 출연하거나 기부할 수 있다.

⑧ 한국청소년단체협의회는 제1항에 따른 활동의 일부를 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 회원단체에 위탁할 수 있다.
