청년기본법 제24조의2(청년시설의 설치ㆍ운영 등)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 청년발전을 지원하기 위하여 필요한 경우 청년시설을 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

② 국가와 지방자치단체는 청년시설의 설치ㆍ운영을 청년단체 또는 청년발전을 위하여 활동하거나 기여한 법인ㆍ단체(이하 "청년단체등"이라 한다)에 위탁할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 State스테잇 and앤드 local로우클 governments거^v버먼츠 may메이 entrust엔트^r러스트 the^ð디 establishment이스태블리시먼트 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 youth유^θ스 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 to투 youth유^θ스 organizations오거너제이션즈 or오 corporations코퍼^r레이션즈 and앤드 organizations오거너제이션즈 that^ð댓 have해^v브 worked워크트 for^f포 or오 contributed컨트^r리뷰티드 to투 youth유^θ스 development디^v벨럽먼트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "youth유^θ스 organizations,오거너제이션즈 etc.").엣세터^r러

③ 국가와 지방자치단체는 제2항에 따라 청년시설의 설치ㆍ운영을 위탁하는 경우 예산의 범위에서 그에 필요한 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 보조할 수 있다.

(3) Where웨어 the^ð더 State스테잇 and앤드 local로우클 governments거^v버먼츠 entrust엔트^r러스트 the^ð디 establishment이스태블리시먼트 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 youth유^θ스 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), they^ð데이 may메이 subsidize서브시다이즈 all올 or오 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 expenses,익스펜시즈 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 budget.버짓

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 청년시설의 설치ㆍ운영 및 위탁 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
