Act on the Construction of Railways and the Maintenance of Railway Facilities, Article 42 (Supervision)

① 국토교통부장관은 사업시행자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 실시계획의 승인을 취소하거나 공사의 중지ㆍ변경, 시설물 또는 물건의 개축ㆍ변경 또는 이전 등을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
