Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Construction of Railways and the Maintenance of Railway Facilities, Article 34-3 (Registration, etc. of Railway Facility Safety Diagnosis Specialized Agencies)

① 법 제44조의3제1항에서 "자본금 및 기술인력 등 대통령령으로 정하는 등록기준"이란 별표 5의2의 등록기준을 말한다.
