철도의 건설 및 철도시설 유지관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제21조(비용부담의 원칙)
법 제20조제1항에 따른 고속철도건설 비용에 대한 국고와 사업시행자 간 분담 비율은 위원회에서 결정한 비율로 한다.
