철도안전법 시행령 제21조의4(정비교육훈련기관 지정기준 및 절차)

① 법 제24조의4제2항에 따른 정비교육훈련기관(이하 "정비교육훈련기관"이라 한다)의 지정기준은 다음 각 호와 같다.

② 정비교육훈련기관으로 지정을 받으려는 자는 제1항에 따른 지정기준을 갖추어 국토교통부장관에게 정비교육훈련기관 지정 신청을 해야 한다.

③ 국토교통부장관은 제2항에 따라 정비교육훈련기관 지정 신청을 받으면 제1항에 따른 지정기준을 갖추었는지 여부 및 철도차량정비기술자의 수급 상황 등을 종합적으로 심사한 후 그 지정 여부를 결정해야 한다.

(3) Upon어판 receiving^r러시^v빙 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 designation데저그네이션 as애즈 a어 maintenance메인터넌스 education에저케이션 and앤드 training트^r레이닝 institution인스티투션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 shall섈 comprehensively캄프^r리헨시^v블리 review^r리^v뷰 whether웨^ð더 the^ð더 person퍼슨 meets밋츠 the^ð더 designation데저그네이션 standards스탠더즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 supply서플라이 and앤드 demand디맨드 of어^v브 railroad^r레일^r로우드 vehicle^v비히클 maintenance메인터넌스 technicians,텍니션즈 etc.,엣세터^r러 and앤드 then^ð덴 decide디사이드 whether웨^ð더 to투 designate데저그네잇 it.잇

④ 국토교통부장관은 정비교육훈련기관을 지정한 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 관보에 고시해야 한다.

(4) When웬 designating데지그네이팅 a어 maintenance메인터넌스 education에저케이션 and앤드 training트^r레이닝 institution,인스티투션 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 shall섈 publicly퍼블리클리 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 in인 the^ð디 Official어^f피실 Gazette:거젯

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 정비교육훈련기관의 지정기준 및 절차 등에 관한 세부적인 사항은 국토교통부령으로 정한다.
