철도안전법 시행령 제20조의3(관제적성검사기관의 지정절차 등)

법 제21조의6제3항에 따른 관제적성검사에 관한 전문기관(이하 "관제적성검사기관"이라 한다)의 지정절차, 지정기준 및 변경사항 통지에 관하여는 제13조부터 제15조까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "운전적성검사기관"은 "관제적성검사기관"으로, "운전업무종사자"는 "관제업무종사자"로, "운전적성검사"는 "관제적성검사"로 본다.
