Act on the Promotion of Research and Development of New Drugs from Natural Products, Article 3 ((Formulation of Research and Development Promotion Plans))

① 보건복지부장관은 「보건의료기술 진흥법」 제6조에 따른 보건의료기술정책심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐 천연물신약 연구개발을 촉진하기 위한 계획을 수립ㆍ시행한다. <개정 2013.7.30>
