책임운영기관의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제30조(「정부기업예산법」의 적용 등)

① 책임운영기관특별회계기관의 사업은 「정부기업예산법」 제2조에도 불구하고 정부기업으로 본다. <개정 2011.3.8>

② 특별회계의 예산 및 회계에 관하여 이 법에 규정된 것 외에는 「정부기업예산법」을 적용한다. 다만, 기획예산처장관은 책임운영기관특별회계기관의 자체수입 규모 및 사무의 성격 등을 고려하여 기관 운영 경비의 시급한 충당 등 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에 한하여 손익계정과 자본계정 간에 서로 융통하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2011.3.8, 2025.10.1>

③ 제2항 단서에 따라 손익계정과 자본계정 간에 서로 융통하는 경우 해당 책임운영기관특별회계기관의 소속중앙행정기관의 장은 분기별로 분기 만료일이 속하는 달의 다음 달 말일까지 그 내역을 국회 소관 상임위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2011.3.8>
