책임운영기관의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제29조의11(위원회의 운영)

① 위원회의 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하며, 그 의장이 된다. 다만, 위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 부위원장이 그 직무를 대행할 수 있다.

② 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 중앙책임운영기관의 장은 소관 사무와 관련하여 위원회에 출석하여 발언할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 central센트^r럴 executive이그제큐티^v브 agency에이전시 may메이 attend어텐드 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 speak스픽 in인 relation^r릴레이션 to투 matters매터즈 under언더 the^ð더 head's헤즈 jurisdiction.주^r러스딕션

④ 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 간사 1명을 두되, 간사는 행정안전부 소속 공무원 중에서 위원회의 위원장이 지명한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원회의 위원장이 정한다.
