책임운영기관의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제28조(예산의 이월)

① 법 제37조제1항에 따라 부득이한 사유로 해당 회계연도 내에 지출하지 못한 경상적 성격의 경비로서 다음 회계연도에 이월하여 사용할 수 있는 금액은 해당 회계연도의 경상적 성격의 경비 세출예산의 20퍼센트 이하로 한다.

(1) The^ð디 amount어마운트 of어^v브 expenses익스펜시즈 of어^v브 a어 recurring^r리커^r링 nature네이처 that^ð댓 could쿠드 not낫 be비 disbursed디스버스트 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 fiscal^f피스클 year이어 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 grounds그^r라운즈 and앤드 that^ð댓 may메이 be비 carried캐^r리드 over오우^v버 and앤드 used유즈드 in인 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 fiscal^f피스클 year이어 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 37 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 be비 20 percent퍼센트 or오 less레스 of어^v브 the^ð디 expenditure익스펜더처 budget버짓 for^f포 expenses익스펜시즈 of어^v브 a어 recurring^r리커^r링 nature네이처 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 fiscal^f피스클 year.이어

② 법 제37조제1항에 따라 다음 회계연도에 이월하여 사용할 수 있는 경상적 성격의 경비는 소속책임운영기관의 운영ㆍ관리 및 시설ㆍ장비 등의 운영ㆍ관리에 드는 경비로서 기획예산처장관이 정하는 경비로 한다. <개정 2025.12.30>
