Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Executive Agencies, Article 27 (Scope of Diversion of Budget)

법 제36조제1항에 따라 특별회계의 계정별 세출예산 또는 일반회계의 세출예산의 각각의 총액 범위에서 각 과목 상호간에 전용할 수 있는 범위는 회계연도마다 기관장이 기획예산처장관과 협의하여 정한다. <개정 2025.12.30>
