책임운영기관의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제20조의2(기관 간 인사 교류)

법 제20조제1항에 따른 협의 시 기관장은 우수한 공무원의 확보 또는 인사적체 해소 등 원활한 인사운영을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 소속중앙행정기관의 장에게 소속 공무원의 인사 교류를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 소속중앙행정기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 응하여야 한다.
