채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제421조(차임ㆍ보증금 및 지료의 상계)

①파산채권자가 임차인인 때에는 파산선고시의 당기(當期) 및 차기(次期)의 차임에 관하여 상계를 할 수 있다. 보증금이 있는 경우 그 후의 차임에 관하여도 또한 같다.

②제1항의 규정은 지료(地料)에 관하여 준용한다.
