채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제234조(회생계획안의 변경)

회생계획안의 제출자는 회생채권자ㆍ회생담보권자ㆍ주주ㆍ지분권자에게 불리한 영향을 주지 아니하는 때에 한하여 제232조제1항의 규정에 의한 관계인집회에서 법원의 허가를 받아 회생계획안을 변경할 수 있다.
