채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제229조(회생계획안의 수정명령)

①법원은 이해관계인의 신청에 의하거나 직권으로 회생계획안의 제출자에 대하여 회생계획안을 수정할 것을 명할 수 있다.

②제1항의 규정에 의한 법원의 명령이 있는 때에는 회생계획안의 제출자는 법원이 정하는 기한 안에 회생계획안을 수정하여야 한다.
