채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제166조(회생채권 및 회생담보권 등의 확정)
Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act, Article 166 (Determination of Rehabilitation Claims, Rehabilitation Security Rights, etc.)
조사기간 안에 또는 특별조사기일에 관리인ㆍ회생채권자ㆍ회생담보권자ㆍ주주ㆍ지분권자의 이의가 없는 때에는 다음 각호의 권리의 내용과 의결권의 액수가 확정되며, 우선권 있는 채권에 관하여는 우선권 있는 것이 확정된다.
Where no objection is raised by the custodian, rehabilitation creditors, rehabilitation security right holders, shareholders, or equity holders within the examination period or on the special examination date, the details of the following rights and the amount of voting rights shall be determined, and, for claims with priority, their priority shall be determined:
1. 신고된 회생채권 및 회생담보권
1. Filed rehabilitation claims and rehabilitation security rights;
2. 신고된 회생채권 또는 회생담보권이 없는 때에는 관리인이 제출한 목록에 기재되어 있는 회생채권 또는 회생담보권
2. Where no rehabilitation claim or rehabilitation security right has been filed, the rehabilitation claims or rehabilitation security rights entered in the lists submitted by the custodian.
