참전유공자 예우 및 단체설립에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조의3(생계지원금의 지급기준 등)

법 제6조의3에 따른 생계지원금은 「국민기초생활 보장법」에 따른 기준 중위소득과 「통계법」에 따른 지정통계 중 가계조사통계의 전국가구(全國家口) 가계소비지출액 등을 고려하여 국가보훈부장관이 정하여 고시하는 기준에 해당하는 사람에게 월 15만원을 지급한다. <개정 2023.5.23, 2026.1.6>
