징발재산 정리에 관한 특별조치법 제18조의2(특례)
법령에 의하여 군이 사용하고 있는 재산중 사유재산에 대하여는 이 법에 의하여 1973년 12월 31일까지 매수보상하거나 징발을 해제하여야 한다.
