징발법 제22조의5(증권의 소각)

이 법에 따라 발행된 증권이 징발대상자에게 교부되기 전에 징발보상금으로 지급되지 아니하기로 확정된 경우에는 정부는 그 금액에 해당하는 증권을 소각한다.
