집단에너지사업법 제35조(임원)

① 공사의 임원으로 사장 1명을 포함한 9명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명을 둔다.

② 이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 상임이사와 비상임이사로 구분한다. 이 경우 사장을 포함한 상임이사의 정수는 이사정수의 100분의 50 미만으로 한다.
