Enforcement Decree of the Act on Countermeasures against Earthquake and Volcanic Disasters, Article 8-4 (Composition, etc. of the Earthquake and Volcano Disaster Prevention Policy Committee)

① 법 제9조의3제1항에 따른 지진ㆍ화산방재정책위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 행정안전부의 재난안전관리사무를 담당하는 본부장이 되며, 부위원장은 위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2016.1.12, 2017.7.26, 2018.12.4>
