지진ㆍ화산재해대책법 시행령 제7조(지진ㆍ지진해일 및 화산활동 관측기관협의회의 구성 등)

① 법 제9조제1항에 따른 지진ㆍ지진해일 및 화산활동 관측기관협의회(이하 "협의회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2014.8.6, 2016.1.12>

(1) The^ð더 Council카운슬 of어^v브 Earthquake,얼^θ스퀘이크 Tsunami,트수나미 and앤드 Volcanic^v발캐닉 Activity액티^v버티 Observation아브저^v베이션 Institutions인스티투션즈 under언더 Article아터클 9 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Council")카운슬 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 20 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

② 협의회의 위원장은 기상청 소속의 지진ㆍ지진해일 및 화산에 관한 사무를 담당하는 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원(직무등급이 나등급에 해당하는 공무원에 한정한다)이 된다. <개정 2018.12.4>

③ 협의회의 위원은 법 제5조제2항에 따른 관측기관(이하 "관측기관"이라 한다)의 장이 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 지명하는 사람이 된다. <개정 2018.12.4>

④ 협의회에 협의회의 사무를 담당할 간사 1명을 두되, 간사는 기상청 소속의 공무원 중에서 기상청장이 지명한다.

(4) One원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 to투 handle핸들 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 assigned어사인드 to투 the^ð더 Council,카운슬 and앤드 the^ð디 Administrator어드미너스트^r레이터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Meteorological미티오^r럴라지클 Administration애드미니스트^r레이션 shall섈 designate데저그네잇 the^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Meteorological미티오^r럴라지클 Administration.애드미니스트^r레이션

⑤ 위원장이 회의를 소집할 때에는 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 안건을 회의 개최 7일 전까지 각 위원에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사정이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

⑥ 협의회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(6) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑦ 협의회에 참석한 위원에 대해서는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무에 직접적으로 관련되어 협의회에 참석한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

⑧ 제1항부터 제7항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 협의회의 구성ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항은 기상청장이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2016.1.12>
