Enforcement Decree of the Act on Countermeasures against Earthquake and Volcanic Disasters, Article 5-2 (Detailed Standards for Inspection Equipment and Inspectors of Performance Inspection Institutions)
법 제6조의3제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 검사장비, 검사요원 등"이란 별표 2의2의 세부기준에 따른 검사장비, 검사요원을 말한다.
