지역중소기업 육성 및 혁신촉진 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제23조(공공기관등의 우선 구매 및 공시 등)

① 법 제2조제4호가목의 공공기관등(이하 "공공기관등"이라 한다)의 장은 법 제22조제2항 본문에 따라 해당 연도 구매계획과 전년도 구매실적을 관할 시ㆍ도지사에게 통보하려는 경우에는 해당 연도 1월 31일까지 해야 한다.

② 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항에 따른 해당 연도 구매계획과 전년도 구매실적을 종합하여 매년 3월 31일까지 시ㆍ도의 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시해야 한다.
