지역의사의 양성 및 지원 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제3조(편입학 등)

① 대학의 장은 지역의사선발전형 실시 결과 선발인원이 미달된 경우 그 미달 인원을 해당 의과대학 입학정원의 100분의 10을 초과하지 않는 범위에서 미달된 별표 2 제2호 각 목에 따른 지역별로 다음다음 연도의 입학전형으로 이월하여 선발할 수 있다. 이 경우 이월하는 인원은 이월된 연도의 지역의사선발전형 선발비율 산정 시 포함하지 않는다.
