지역의사의 양성 및 지원 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(지역의사에 대한 지원 중단)

① 보건복지부장관 및 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제13조에 따라 지원을 중단하려는 경우에는 중단 사유, 내용 및 기간을 대상자에게 미리 알려야 한다.

② 법 제13조에 따른 지원의 중단에 관한 세부 사항은 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
