지역신용보증재단법 제7조(기본재산)

① 재단의 기본재산은 다음 각 호의 재원(財源)으로 조성한다.

② 정부는 재단의 기본재산 확충을 위하여 시ㆍ도에 보조할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 may메이 provide프^r러^v바이드 subsidies서브서디즈 to투 Si/Do시 to투 expand익스팬드 the^ð더 basic베이식 property프^r라퍼티 of어^v브 foundations.^f파운데이션즈

③ 금융회사등은 그 대출금에 대하여 연 비율 1천분의 3을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 비율에 따른 금액을 재단 및 중앙회에 출연하여야 한다. <개정 2024.2.20>

④ 제3항에 따라 금융회사등이 출연한 금액을 재단 및 중앙회에 배분하는 기준은 재단의 보증실적, 시ㆍ도 및 중앙회의 재정 상황 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정한다.

⑤ 제3항의 대출금의 범위, 출연의 방법 및 시기, 그 밖에 출연에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
