지역신용보증재단법 제35조의3(임원)

① 중앙회에 임원으로 회장 1명, 전무이사 1명, 5명 이내의 이사 및 감사 1명을 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 shall섈 have해^v브 as애즈 officers오^f퍼서즈 one원 president,프^r레저덴트 one원 managing매너징 director,더^r렉터 up업 to투 five^f파이^v브 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 one원 auditor.오디터

② 회장과 감사는 이사회의 추천을 받아 중소벤처기업부장관이 임명한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

(2) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 and앤드 the^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups스타텁스 upon어판 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

③ 전무이사 및 이사는 중소벤처기업부장관의 승인을 받아 회장이 임명한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

(3) The^ð더 managing매너징 director더^r렉터 and앤드 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 with위^ð드 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups.스타텁스

④ 임원의 임명권자는 임원이 제15조제4항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 그 임원을 해임한다.

⑤ 임원의 직무, 임기 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
