지역신용보증재단법 제14조(이사회)

① 이사회는 이사장과 이사로 구성하고, 이사장은 이사회의 의장이 된다.

(1) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 chair체어 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

② 이사회는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 이사장이 필요하다고 인정할 때 또는 재적이사 과반수가 요구할 때 소집한다.

(2) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 convened,컨^v빈드 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation,인코퍼^r레이션 when웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary네서세^r리 or오 when웬 requested^r리퀘스티드 by바이 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 incumbent인컴번트 directors.더^r렉터즈

③ 이사회는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 재단의 업무에 관한 중요 사항을 의결한다.

(3) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 resolve^r리잘^v브 important임포턴트 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 work워크 of어^v브 the^ð더 foundation,^f파운데이션 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

④ 이사회는 구성원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석 구성원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 open오우픈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 its잇츠 members멤버즈 and앤드 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 by바이 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 감사는 이사회에 출석하여 의견을 진술할 수 있다.
