① 은행등이 제5조의3에 따라 납부한 출연금의 배분기준은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다. <개정 2017.7.26>

가. 법 제7조제1항제1호에 따라 지방자치단체가 재단에 출연하는 출연금의 규모 및 해당 지방자치단체의 재정 상황

나. 농업협동조합등을 채권자로 하는 각 재단의 보증 실적

④ 중앙회는 제5조의3제2항에 따라 농업협동조합등으로부터 출연금을 받았을 때에는 제2항의 기준에 따라 출연일이 속하는 회계연도 중에 중소벤처기업부장관이 정하는 시기에 재단에 배분하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
