지역신용보증재단법 시행령 제5조의3(출연의 비율ㆍ시기 및 방법 등)

① 금융회사등은 법 제7조제3항에 따라 매월 말 현재 제5조의2제1항 및 제2항에 따른 대출금의 월중 평균잔액에 대하여 별표의 출연요율에 해당하는 금액을 재단 및 중앙회에 출연하여야 한다. 다만, 농업협동조합등은 해당 농업협동조합등이 소속된 농업협동조합중앙회, 수산업협동조합중앙회, 상호저축은행중앙회, 새마을금고중앙회, 신용협동조합중앙회, 산림조합중앙회(이하 이 조에서 "농업협동조합중앙회등"이라 한다)를 거쳐 재단 및 중앙회에 출연하여야 한다.

② 금융회사등은 제1항에 따라 출연하는 매월분의 출연금을 다음 달 말일까지 중앙회에 납부하여야 한다.

③ 금융회사등은 제2항에 따라 출연금을 납부할 때에는 다음 각 호의 서류를 중앙회에 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 농업협동조합등은 농업협동조합중앙회등을 거쳐 중앙회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

④ 금융회사등은 제2항에도 불구하고 재단과 중앙회가 공동으로 출연 대상금액, 수납시기 및 사후 정산방법 등에 대하여 중소벤처기업부장관의 승인을 받아 해당 금융회사등에 요청하는 경우에는 장래에 납부할 출연금을 미리 납부할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>

⑤ 농업협동조합등이 재단 및 중앙회에 출연하는 기간은 출연 시작일부터 10년 이내로 한다.

(5) The^ð더 period피^r리어드 during두^r링 which위치 agricultural애그^r러컬처^r럴 cooperatives,코아프^r러티^v브즈 etc.엣세터^r러 contribute컨트^r리븃 to투 the^ð더 foundations^f파운데이션즈 and앤드 the^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 shall섈 be비 within위^ð딘 10 years이어즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 contribution칸트^r러뷰션 start스타트 date.데잇

⑥ 농업협동조합등의 출연 종료일은 중소벤처기업부장관이 따로 정하여 고시하되, 출연 종료일 3개월 전에 농업협동조합중앙회등에 통보한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

⑦ 금융회사등은 제1항에 따라 산정된 매월분의 출연금보다 많거나 적은 출연금을 납부한 경우에는 이후에 납부해야 하는 출연금에 해당 금액을 가감하여 납부할 수 있다. <신설 2021.6.29>
