지역신용보증재단법 시행령 제25조(위임ㆍ위탁 등)

① 법 제40조제1항에 따라 중소벤처기업부장관은 다음 각 호의 권한을 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

(1) Pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 40 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups스타텁스 shall섈 delegate델러게잇 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 to투 Mayors/Do메이어즈 Governors:거^v버너즈

② 법 제40조제3항에 따라 재단이 금융회사등, 중앙회, 한국자산관리공사 또는 신용정보회사에 업무를 위탁하는 경우에는 그 구체적인 내용을 정하여 계약을 체결하여야 한다.

③ 법 제40조제4항에 따라 중앙회의 회장이 금융회사등, 한국자산관리공사 또는 신용정보회사에 업무를 위탁하는 경우에는 그 구체적인 내용을 정하여 계약을 체결하여야 한다.
