지역신문발전지원 특별법 제8조(위원회의 구성)

① 위원회는 위원장 및 부위원장 각 1명을 포함한 9명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 위원은 지역사회의 발전과 지역신문에 관하여 전문성과 경험이 풍부하고 덕망이 있는 사람 중에서 문화체육관광부장관이 위촉하되, 다음 각 호에 해당하는 사람을 포함하여야 한다. <개정 2016.2.3, 2018.7.17, 2022.1.11>

(2) The^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Culture,컬처 Sports스포츠 and앤드 Tourism투^r리점 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 of어^v브 integrity인테그^r러티 with위^ð드 abundant어번던트 expertise엑스퍼티즈 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 local로우클 communities커뮤너티즈 and앤드 regional^r리저늘 newspapers,누즈페이퍼즈 and앤드 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

③ 위원장은 위원 중에서 호선(互選)하며, 부위원장은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 위촉한다.

(3) The^ð더 chair체어 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 the^ð더 members멤버즈 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 themselves,^ð뎀셀^v브즈 and앤드 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 chair체어 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 chair체어 after애^f프터 a어 resolution^r레절루션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

④ 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하며, 연임할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years,이어즈 and앤드 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 reappointed.^r리어포인티드

⑤ 위원 중 결원이 생겼을 때에는 결원된 날부터 30일 이내에 제2항 및 제3항에 따라 결원된 위원을 위촉한다. 이 경우 새로 위촉된 위원의 임기는 결원된 위원 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.
